Tesla will not pay for repairs if the damage occurred from an external source. You will have to pay for that repair yourself. The warranty still remains in effect, in my experience. -

Just to follow up on what Gene said, air suspension is prone to punctures, and it not suitable in my opinion for difficult terrain. I found this out the hard way when I destroyed the air suspension on my Tesla X75D on a Forest Road here in Oregon. Although I was really excited about Rivian's...
