    Hereā€™s a scenario... Say I go camping, Iā€™m in either the Rivian or the CyberTruck, my trailer has solar. I set up camp, I have fully charged house batteries, can I plug the solar from the trailer directly into the truck?

    Travel trailer is 6,700 lbs dry. My gmc tows 9600, I have plenty of room for water, cargo etc. I like knowing I have an extra 2k lbs if I need it, really notice a difference uphill.

    why is towing capacity so much different then R1T? Is it due to the extra weight of the vehicle compared? Really wanted to go SUV route, but I need more towing capacity.

    I agree it will cut range in half, but thatā€™s usually pretty normal. My GMC Sierra gets an average of 22 mpg. When I tow our trailer I get about 8 mpg. So a typical trip is about 260 miles for us. I always stop once in the middle. I figure with the R1S everything would be the same as traveling...
