Gosh do people do this on purpose? The angle of these pictures make them essentially worthless for size comparison, imo.

I do prefer the blues of the Jeep and Raptor over the Rivian. Of course, both of those are trying to stand out more also.

The only thing Raptor has that I wish R1T had is the back window. In fact, anything with a bed this small should have the whole glass slide down like Toyota Tundra.

Rivian obviously valued the gear tunnel over being able to roll down the window.

I see your point. half of it still could slide sideway.

Same case could be made for the roof yet Rivian chose to stick with a fixed glass panel. Not sure if they made these decisions trying to keep things simple for startup or if maybe there were NVH considerations.

The Rivian just looks happier than the other two

I don’t stick my head out of the roof that often but I would stick a 2x4 through the rear window opening if I was going for R1T. Neither are would be a deal breaker for me though. As of now, R1S makes a bit more sense for my case (not a whole lot more).

How about a removable rear window similar to the C3 corvette? Or one that folds up like many SUVs (preferably power / automated)?

It all boils down to Rivian's motivation for going with a fixed back glass and roof. If they were trying to keep things simple at startup, then obviously these aren't options they would have considered.

Who concocted this photo? Three blue cars parked next to each other? The only thing more absurd is the camera angles.

I agree - the Rivian blue is ok, but I like the Jeep and Raptor blue better.
