EV trucks over next 2-3 years - what's your plan?

Hi all, early morning perusing the forums before Turkey Day kicks off...

Whats your plan for an EV Truck? I have eliminated the cybertruck as I hate the looks and my buddies would laugh me out of the room. Coming from an F150, I put my deposit down on the R1T first hour reservations opened up. Now that I have had a year to consider options, i realize I really need that minimum 6.5 ft bed space. It's so easy to haul stuff - I just realized I may limit myself by going to a smaller truck. Moving my mom out of her place this weekend made me realize it would take me double the trips to move the same amount of stuff and furniture would be impossible - something I take for granted today with the F150; it just works.
I am not concerned about charging ability, as I think networks will be much stronger in the next few years. Love the tech and versatility of trunk space. I am a weekend outdoorsman - hunting/fishing/camping so this could work for regional trips.

I am concerned about final pricing/finance options, and truck versatility. I have not seen any EV truck tow anything yet, and that concerns me. That's how I could justify the smaller bed - an option to pull a trailer on those times I need additional capacity or space. I would love to have a subscription option included for a trailer with a skateboard mounted to base for extended range that could handle 4x8 material or a polaris side by side [preferably electric] that you rent only when you need it.

All that being said, I plan to watch this space very closely. Unless Rivian has some surprises up their sleeve, I plan to leave/subscribe the R1T for 2 years, depending on final pricing, then take a very hard look at what Ford offers for their new EV F150. If Ford comes out with solid details before I commit to the R1T, that may sway my decision as well.

What's your take? Any traditional truck drivers have an opinion on this?

I will buy an R1S, and will also keep my diesel pickup until there is a viable EV option suitable for heavy towing (gooseneck & fifth wheel).

However, if I had to depend on a single vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to use R1T/R1S in combination with a trailer.

We're getting kind of long in the tooth around here and as no 3 motor Cybertrucks will be delivered until I am past normal life expectancy for a male ( i.e. running on borrowed time) I won't be ordering one soon. If three years hence it looks as if I'm good for another few years, don't have Alzheimers and can still see I'll reconsider. No problem with the appearance and it has the tremendous advantage over the competition in having the SC network. It would be a job to fit one into my garage in my winter quarters and that might be a consideration.

I'm keeping my RIT order and will, no doubt, take delivery of that (assuming, of course, that it is delivered), using my beat up old SR5 till then.

I ordered the R1T, will pick the 135kWh version, and I ordered the Tesla Cybertruck Tri-Motor. Expected delivery of R1T by end of 2020, the Cybertruck around end of 2021...
