Pet Comfort Mode sign - print your own (file attached)

There have been several threads in which people have mentioned difficulties with well-meaning strangers who are unaware of Pet Comfort Mode. My wife and I made signs to hang in the truck's windows to address this.

There are commercial ones available, but a few minutes with PhotoShop was all it took. I'm attaching the file in .pdf format, in case anyone wants to print their own (let me know if you want a different file format; the forum software isn't letting me upload the .psd file--probably a very prudent security/hygiene policy, but it will probably let me DM something to you).

It _is_ a distinct possibility. More likely, she'll just knock it off the window--it sure does look fun to play with! I figure no solution is perfect and if the signs get knocked off, we're no worse off than when we started. Now, if she _eats_ the sign, she gets her favorite treat: Metamucil mixed with beef broth.

I like it. My wife was accosted in a parking lot last summer by a dude threatening to call the police. The car was in dog mode and the temp was in the low 60's....very apparent on the screen. He wouldn't listen to her at all....just screamed at her at what a horrible human being she is.

She's been harassed by men over our dog multiple times for various reasons. It appears some men thing it is OK to yell at women, but lack the courage to say the same thing to a man. The guy that yelled at her about our dog in our car scurried off when he saw me coming......and again, it isn't that I'm some scary looking dude. That being said, it was a bummer that he'd hopped into his car and rushed away before she could explain what happened.

Honestly, if Rivian would simply integrate CarPlay and have a 3d-image laser projector: we wouldn't need to print out signs like this.

Very cool, yes it can be a problem. We have even been shopping and had out car and plate number broadcast over the store PA system that they were going to call the police for locking our dogs in a hot car. So we also designed a sign on the 3D printer to solve the issue, actually we made up several and sent the out to the forum users for $5 to cover cost. Printing at home and laminating is also a great solution.
