Less than 10mins (at a casual pace) for RTT and half that for awning. Usually takes more time finding a spot and level the rig out than deploy camp. What feels level in the rig is much different than in the RTT when you have your spouse and a pup in there with you. (Think of how the RTT is mounted on the roof.. off center front/center/left/right)
Reverse process is about 50% longer to get it all secured.
