Windshield Wipers Stopped Working

Today when I got into my 2025 R1T, I turned the wipers on and heard a knocking noise from the front of the vehicle. After a few minutes of this knocking, they stopped working entirely, stuck in an upright position on the windshield. I’ve scheduled an appointment for Thursday. Has anyone had this happen?

Did Rivian suggest a vehicle restart?

I did a soft and hard reset.

Did you accidentally turn off the wipers in the stalk? I’ve done it before

Nope. I think they’re broken. It was making a noticeable knocking noise before they stopped entirely. The wipers literally just stopped, mid-wipe, and now they’re vertically positioned on my windshield. I actually can’t even move them off of the windshield, because they are fixed in place. Hope it’s an easy fix…..
