Will Rivian ever deliver vehicles to non-employees?

Everyone needs to temper expectations. This is a brand new company and we all knew this going in. Delays happen even without the supply chain issues. Problems arise even from the most well established companies. I think they have been providing all sorts of data and information, it just isn't at the speed of a same day delivery of Amazon Prime, so people are getting upset.

If you need a new car now, get one. If you can wait, as you knew you would have too when you made a deposit, wait. If you want something else go get the Cybertruck, wait that is on delay as well. Maybe a Tesla Roadster, another delay. How about the MB EV SUV, another delay. Sensing a pattern here.

Comes with the territory regarding a brand spanking new company that just released their first set of vehicles 2 months ago. If anyone is expecting legacy automaker level of deliveries from a company this early in their production stage of their product, I highly suggest walking out now.

Supply Chain? Labor Shortage? Redesign of the Tonneau? Quality Problems? These are all manufacturing related problems. I haven't seen one post that implies a delivery problem. Delivery problems start only after the truck rolls off the line.
