I find I'm a bit confused about auto suspension most of the time it works when I would expect it to, lowering a highway speeds raising at slower speeds. But I'm finding often I will be flying down the freeway at 70+ and its still just sitting in Standard Auto. Is there some additional criteria I'm not taking into account on why it's not lowering to low consistently?

Thank you

The same reason most of these intermittent issues happen, Pinky. Race conditions.

Have noticed the same issue - have no explanation, sorry. But would love to hear from others.

You need to be doing highway speeds for a fixed time before it lowers. Maybe 5-10 minutes above 65 or something like that. It’s not just hit that speed and it lowers.

I'd love a 10 min delay. Mine drops within a minute. Up and down it goes all day in traffic.

you have to be at a constant speed above 55 for approximately 45 seconds or more

I’ve been at high speed more than long enough for this criteria I’m talking a multi hour trip.

Feels like auto mode stays off now for me. I have to test more. That would be nice. If I'm on a highway trip I can set low permanently or set standard permanently. That would nice if they gave that back. Efficiency has been good lately too.

It seems I recall Rivian locks out changing ride height above a certain speed. I can't confirm but will double check the next time I am in it. If Rivian locks out ride height adjustment above a certain speed then my guess is that if you get at or above that speed too quick it will not lower it automatically. I remember trying to adjust manually...its been a while and I was told to slow down to adjust ride height.

I too would appreciate a delay. We have back roads around there that are 50-55 mph speed limits...stopping and making turns can result in frequent adjustments to ride height.

My guess it it also wouldn't adjust if the compressor became too hot.
