Raptor demand hasn't softened with high fuel prices. They are literally trickling out of the assembly plants due to parts shortages. For example, the $4700 801a package no longer come with the tailgate appliqué due to supplier issues.

Nope. Keeps it out of the way of stuff on the roof. Like a bag or roof rack.

I always wondered why they moved it to the front, that makes a lot of sense now, and front centered would look funny. Learnt something new, thanks!

Just my 2 cents here, and no offense to Lightening owners, but the Ford looks like a Ford -- boxy and boring. The Rivian looks like something new and special. I also have the same opinion of the Rivian interior compared to the Ford's.

It's been said before, but to me the Lightening is the work truck. The Rivian is the truck you want to drive the rest of the time -- including on all your adventures.
