Since you didn't state anything about size, you won't get a useful answer. In the past I had an AI look through this forum to get averages on the AT tires, and it was 30k to MUST replace and under 20k for "noisy and replaced."
They’re AT - they’ll always be noisy. 😁

Just changed my 21's today at local Discount Tire @ 18,830. Jacking the truck up broke 1/4 jacks, but the rest was successful installing new Michelins with a 70K warranty. I was at 4-6mm on all four pirellis and they howled on the highway. Pirelli OEM 21's are a garbage tire for this application.

I’m really pleased with the OEM 21s on my 2022 R1T. I rotate front-to-back every 10,000 miles, and the original tires lasted 40,000 miles. I installed another set of the OEM Pirellis and am now at 61,000. Looks like getting to 80,000 will be easy.

I just replaced my front tires (20" AT) today, at 39,450. One was down to the wear bars, and the other had a bit more tread (it is now my spare). The rear tires are still in decent shape. If I had been rotating the tires (I did not), I might have been able to get to 50,000. Now that I have new Scorpions on the front, I expect to get well beyond 50,000 miles, unless there is a road hazard failure.
I drive in all purpose and in conserve (on highways), and occasionally in off road. I also sometimes tow a small cargo trailer.

Replaced the OE AT Pirelli's at around 25k miles. They started the deafening drone/roar at like 18k miles so I suffered those last 7k. They were pretty toast after 25k though. I might have been able to squeak out another month or so but the last drive I took in snowy conditions was pretty sketchy so it was time to swap.

Replaced the 20" AT Pirellis at 33, 500 with AS Michelins. I rotated the tires every 8K.

I probably could have coaxed another couple of thousand miles out of the original tires, but I had a long road trip coming up and didn't want to chance it.

20K+ on the OEM Pirellis, about half the tread left; 6 K on Hankook iPike X studded snows over the past winter, back on the OEM pirellis now. I didn't fill out the survey because we haven't been through a whole set yet. May not make it to EOL for the Pirellis as two had punctures and one of those the big-boy tire shops wouldn't patch. Got a local shop to patch but a poor job and it's leaking slowly, going to have it repatched with a mushroom tomorrow by another shop. Fair amount of gravel roads as we live 4 mi off pavement, occasionally tow small (1500#) trailer and heavier (5,000# loaded) horse trailer.

I am at 15,000 miles on my OEM 22" Pirellis and I am already down to 3/32.

I have been really hoping they last long enough that I can replace them with the Michelin Pilot Sports from the Gen 2 quad. But every day that Rivian doesn't announce anything regarding the Quad I am more and more nervous that my old tires will give out before I can buy the replacements I want.

Ohh, and I also have about 15,000 miles on my winter tires (Nokian R5's) and they still have 9/32's left. The Pirellis just suck.

Got almost 42k out of the stock 21’s; swapped out for a used set of 20’s w/AT’s (19k on em ) that I’ve put almost 10k on that I’ll swap for some Michelin AS soon the noise and efficiency hit have been huge vs the 21’s that were great and no issues all the way down to 2/32-3/32!

ugh.. I am looking into this now.. I bought my 22 R1T with 21' tires used in Dec 2024. It now has 13K miles on it. I need new tires immediately (2/32,3/32,3/32 and 4/32). I am reviewing my options about going back with 21". But there are only 2 choices.. would go with Michellen Defenders.. But I am looking at the option of changing to 20" tires/rims so that I have more economical options.

I would put the Michelins on and schedule an alignment at Rivian Service now with their current appointment back log…!

gen 1 22" OE tires changed at just under 18K miles.

The tire had at least another 7K~10K miles left but got a blister on the sidewall on one of the tires.

Rather than just replacing one tire, replace the set with Michelin Defender L/T MS2.

As already mentioned, replace those tires and be sure to schedule an alignment. If you're having Rivian do the alignment, be sure to point out that you experienced excessive wear with the initial set having to replace them after only 13k miles and don't want to eat up a new set of tires due to bad alignment. They will likely be able to work you in sooner.
