No, they can’t be resold as new since they’ve already been titled. They won’t be eligible for tax incentives either. Probably goes to auction or something since I’m not aware of Rivian having a used sales channel.

Depends on the reason for return and effort to rework it. I recall someone saying they were returning because of a shimmy in the front. They were a long way from the SC and left them unsettled about future service needs. The Not sure if they did the return but a rebalance of the wheels probably would have resolved it.

Employee fleet vehicles

Loaner vehicles

Test Mules

Pre Price Hike Customers with annoying questions

Pre Price hike customers with freemium upgrades likes launch edition, glacier white, ocean coast.

Customers not using Rivian financing or insurance.
