Doesn't it have markings on the face telling you what it is?

It's not a NEMA 14-50 because of that right-angle pin at the base.

It could be a NEMA 18-30 I guess, but hard to tell from that picture.

Didn’t see that right angle on bottom pin due to the dark pic. Looks like maybe a 14-30

It’s at an Airbnb I’m planning on staying at. Agree it doesn’t look like a 14-50 based on ground and the 18-30 doesn’t look right either as the angle is off.

Yep you're right - the angle is oriented wrong so it isn't an 18-30.

As far as I can tell then, it doesn't match anything on my NEMA chart.

There is no way you used the word "jobbies" and don't come from or heavily influenced by UK/Billy Connolly!

I've seen some non-standard ones that are designed that way to be able to accept multiple compatible cords, but there are no nema outlets with four vertical blades, so this doesn't make sense. There are also none with an L shape that has the flat side on the outside of the outlet.

If it's an airbnb and they aren't actually advertising it for EV charging, then they might have this included to try to weed out folks who ask about it because they want to make sure they can plug in. They don't want EV people using their electricity, and this outlet doesn't actually exist.

As mentioned above it's a 18-30p three-phase 125/208 volt outlet. You can see it bottom row six over in this chart:

Unless the Airbnb is in an industrial park I can't understand why they would have that there. I wonder if they were attempting to put in a 14-30 or a 14-50 outlet and they grabbed the wrong outlet?

As mentioned above, NO it is not. Because the L-shaped pin is not oriented properly for a NEMA 18-30.
Yep. Flip it around and the "L" would be pointed toward the right. In the original photo, the "L" is pointing to the left.
