What happened APPLE MUSIC after latest update.

Prior to this last update my Apple Music app in my G2 tri motor quit working. It wasn’t showing anything on the screen. After this latest update, I went to follow the instructions to log into Apple Music as I did originally and it’s telling me I need to sign on on a different device. Has anybody else had issues with Apple Music since the most recent update?
Looking for any solutions. I did a soft reset and it did not seem to help.

No issues here, but just sounds like you need to reauthorize through Apple Music app. This happens annoyingly often with Sonos

Actually, that sounds exactly right. I think I recently the de authorized so I could add another device and I must’ve knocked off the previous Rivian authorization. Thank you so much.

My Apple Music is generally okay—a few audio stuttering moments here and there—but the glitchy album art is a *constant* annoyance. The display art essentially never displays; when it does, it flashes on and off. Mostly off. Soft and hard resets have not fixed the issue. Been consistent for several SW updates, too. At this point I just want Rivian to remove the album art.

Not the latest update, but the one prior I had an issue that it wasn't refreshing and it gave me something like "not connected". I logged out and went back in and it still didn't show anything. The next morning when I go in the truck, it was all back to normal.

Try doing a soft and a hard reset.

My apple music had not worked for months and always had the "not connected" or "no contact here" messages. With the latest update it works flawlessly. That said, I'm off the trial for it and canceling the service as Prime music is great for us.

One thing is that my Apple login (both TV stream which we are keeping and the music in the rivian) are constantly getting locked. I can't decide if it is a device logging in and trying a bad password or if it is being attacked (like every email service etc). Nearly every time I try to watch Apple TV or tried to use music on the Rivian it is locked and I have to go through the process of unlocking the login.

After this last update Apple Music in my 2023 R1S w/Rivian sound system sounds fuller and just better, whether on normal or Dolby Atmos tracks. I did a road trip over the weekend, and listened to music rather than podcasts most of the way, I was enjoying it so much. I don't know what they changed, but I'm loving it!

Unfortunately I still have the following problems with Apple Music on Rivian:
- Inconsistent volume between tracks (I know there is a setting that's supposed to address this, but everyone was saying that was screwing up the sound).
- No issues with the graphics, though occasionally the music continues to the next song while the screen doesn't change.
- By far the biggest issue for me: no voice control of Apple Music. This is a safety as well as convenience issue. We've had Apple Music for nearly a year - why don't we have a way to easily and safely call up the song, album, playlist or artist we want to hear?
