THIS!!! Growing up this one was a dream! It was the first and still is one of the nicest and most stylish luxury SUVs, the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. And it even drives without without Alexa. Including a '79 Cherokee Chief this '89 model ismy 4th Wagoneer with lots of miles on trails. A tough competition for the R1S.

I think I want to try the 'Pizza Ranch'Well my daily is of course a Bugatti Chiron, helps me get around the estate in record time:
(Just kidding)
My daily is a Honda Accord:
And my wife drives the 2021 Toyota Sienna. She actually loves the van because the kids are loaded so much easier, and it’s a great road trip car! I’m fan myself.
I will be trading the Accord in for the R1T.
I smell brisket! Thanks! Actually took that one to tweet at Rivian.
Unfortunately, just lost one of the big oaks behind the GC last week due to ice...sad.
I use my pellet grill for that, because I'm all about ease of use & the final result.I smell brisket!
To skyote and all of you who just came through this arctic blast, it's sad to experience any kind of devastation, but glad to hear you and yours all made it through rather safely. It sure sucks to lose the trees and other plants that are part of our homes, but at least they can be replaced. Thanks! Actually took that one to tweet at Rivian.

Brook, I'm only a few hours away in Portland. After your R1S arrives, I'd be more than happy to come up and rotate the tires and keep the fluids flowing in you soon-to-be-neglected 'Vette. I suffered a major brain-fart and sold my '65 roadster (in Forest Green, no less) many years ago. There's a hole in my garage and a bigger one in my heart for having done so. You'd be helping me by letting me help you. No need to thank me, I'm just glad I can be there for you!2019 Corvette Grand Sport. After delivery of the R1S it won’t be the fastest car in my garage to 60. Which I think is crazy!!
2020 Jeep unlimited Sahara.
Now this is devastation! The accompanying greater Portland area pics are from Labor Day 2020 and Valentine's Day 2021. Through fire, wind, ice, and snow, we've lost more trees in the last six months than we have in many recent decades. Large numbers of folks here were without power for over a week as well. Luckily, we were nowhere near the temps you had down there, but for anyone hammered by these conditions, no matter how isolated the event, it is devastating.
Loved the comment about "smelling brisket!"
Take care.
Speaking of help...the Vette is from Suburban Chevrolet in Sandy so you can take it in for me to get the free oil changes that they gave me! I think they threw the dealer oil changes in on top of the first 3 from Chevrolet because they knew I was too far away to use them. You can help me call their bluff! ha ha.Brook, I'm only a few hours away in Portland. Summer weekends work best for me, but I'll work around your schedule.
I'm glad I can provide a cautionary tale for use with your kids. I would be happy to share it with them personally when I come up there to help with the first of many oil changes. Regarding the motor, mine had the 327 with 365 hp and solid lifters. No side pipes. 18 years of pure joy, followed by another 15 of regrets for letting it go.Speaking of help...the Vette is from Suburban Chevrolet in Sandy so you can take it in for me to get the free oil changes that they gave me! Oh no!!!...on the ''65. With side pipes or without? Absolutely beautiful either way! As a fellow Vette lover I too morn your loss. My kids know under no circumstance does the C7 exit the family....ever. If you don't mind I will use your story to inspire. them to not even consider going there. That said....maybe there is another in your future!
While the Rivian might be faster to 60 I still need the Vette for track day....and that amazing sound that comes when you put your foot into it!
