Bought more today too. Was advised I'd see a dive in Jan/Feb. It's all the impulse investors that are freaking out. I'm in for the long haul. In 3-5 yrs we'll see a noticeable increase regarding this company's stock value

I nave an order in to buy more at $40 also.

It's still overvalued, but as with any story stock there are opportunities to make money even when it's not based in reality.

Ugh. I recently added another 50 at $90. Oh well; good for those of you buying at $75 today. I wonder where the floor is. Seems like it’s going to be a rocky year with all these monetary moves but I’ve learned my lesson on selling too soon so I’ll go long.

Diamond Haaaands is now turning into Balz of Steel.

I had BOS laying new shares in at $75 and $70 this past week, but have shriveled along with the stock at $65.

Tempting to lay in more now, but the falling knife has me speaking in higher octaves.

Thank you sir, may I have another.

Still waiting for it to hit $40 and then it's a buy.

/tinfoil hat on

Maybe the arbitration from the discrimination lawsuit cites a cash payout of shares at the current market price. Thus Rivian is fine with the freefall as they will have a smaller payout.

Ehh, maybe. But remember, everyone who is long benefits from a lower stock price in the short term. They have little reason to support the share price right now when they are probably 18-24 months away from needing to raise capital. The share price at the end of 2023 will have little or nothing to do with where it is today, it will be based on actual results. There's no rule that limits the amount the price can increase over a given period.

So, tinfoil speaking, I could see them intentionally not correcting stories, or providing positive PR to push the price up, as opposed to pre-IPO when that directly benefitted them.

Yeah I'm in it for the long haul, just getting tired of the same people who ask when I'm getting my truck ask about why the stock is tanking. Or why the CEO/COO resigned.

At this point it seems intentional on Rivians side.

Exactly, as if 1) I'm personally responsible for the stock price and 2) it affects my desire to own a Rivian.

If I can buy back in @$60 and can triple the #of shares that I sold at $175 I'll be a happy man when it climbs back up above $150.
