Well, guess it was my turn. Hit by a red light runner.

I was in the right of two left hand turn lanes… morning sun was in the oncoming driver’s eyes and he didn’t see the red light. Video tells the rest.

I gotta say, the R1T can take a hit and leave me nearly completely clueless that something happened. Felt more like a pothole than a Ford Transit Connect…

I’m completely drivable, he is totaled. Fortunately he was OK, and I kept checking on him when he didn’t get out of his vehicle for a while.

Bottom line, it’s a beautiful blue-bird warm Oregon day, and everybody is ok. It’s going to be alright.

Unrelated, but apparently they're doing a screening of FBDO in my area soon, and he's going to be there. Said you can ask him any questions you want about his various movie roles, etc.

It will be very interesting how this comes to play. Front corner impact arrestor looks undaunted, predominately ‘outer skin’ damage from my view… but not my profession.

I’ll keep things updated for sure on the outcome!
