Had a few lingering issues on my R1S and took her in to the Malvern SC yesterday.

Got it back today!

My very first service appt was back in early 2023 and it took three weeks. Now a 24 hour turn around time?!?!

Service quality and speed is definitely improving.

I wish this was universal! Mine is currently in the salt Lake City service center and sat for 8 days in the same parking spot before they were able to look at it

The customer service at salt Lake City is unparalleled, but unfortunately the speed do something to be desired. I suspect this is more to do with company policies than local operation

I think it’s more local operation. The service center I use schedules service when they can work on it. Vehicle will only sit around if it’s unsafe to drive or can’t be driven .

Great to hear! I have also had great experience with the my "local" SC in Chelsea, and have my first mobile appointment today - will see how it goes, but expect it to be smooth.

Lucky you. My service was supposed to take 2 days. Here we are day 9. I ordered my R1S same day I dropped my R1T off for service. I’m picking up the new R1S today (which actually was transported in from out of state) while my R1T is still in service
