Since the launch of the R1T and R1S at the LA Auto Show in 2018, our team has worked hard to keep a pulse on the growing Rivian community. We’ve collected feedback through our Customer Engagement Center, Guides, and after experiences like demo drives, deliveries, and vehicle service. We’re also paying attention to your feedback on our social channels and on forums – always looking for new ways to improve. With input from community members like you, we’ve developed new purchasing experiences like R1 Shop and expanded delivery options like service center and plant pick-ups.
