Got a survey from Rivian just now. Did others receive this as well?

Since the launch of the R1T and R1S at the LA Auto Show in 2018, our team has worked hard to keep a pulse on the growing Rivian community. We’ve collected feedback through our Customer Engagement Center, Guides, and after experiences like demo drives, deliveries, and vehicle service. We’re also paying attention to your feedback on our social channels and on forums – always looking for new ways to improve.

With input from community members like you, we’ve developed new purchasing experiences like R1 Shop and expanded delivery options like service center and plant pick-ups. Look like you are already driving yours. I have yet to hear anything about my so called guaranteed delivery in 2022.

After my demo drive last month I actually got an email from a human being at Rivian asking me how it went and for any feedback I wanted to share. I thought it was pretty cool.

Got the survey and filled it out. Pretty simple. I have not received my R1T and, in fact, no June 11 email update.

I spent most of my time suggesting the ability to rank configure our options.

Edit: I had no questions concerning the ownership experience nor did they ask if I had taken delivery. So, there is obviously different surveys.

Filled mine out. Lowest scores for app and entertainment experience. Hopefully that drives them to start improving those significantly.

What’s wrong with the app? Have you used the Volvo or vw app? If comparing it to Tesla, yes it’s not amazing, but it is 100x better than some other apps out there.

Received mine as well. Low scores for infotainment since it's missing pretty (in my opinion) basic features.

Echoing what many have said, I dinged them hard on the infotainment (lack of CarPlay).

I think the Volvo app has WAY more features. But for the limited features that the Rivian app has (basically just lock/unlock, parking climate, range, and odometer) the Rivian app is more responsive.

I really liked the send-address-to-vehicle feature and trip log features that Volvo had.
