Nope. And they won't give them out. You have to call 1-855-RIVIAN-5 and have them attempt to transfer you.

If you have a name of someone at the sC, then you can call the main 855 number and ask to be transferred to so and so at the sc they work at.

Supposedly the SC's don't even have standard telephone systems. They can only be reached from Rivian properties. If true, it's a terrible setup for the customers....

Right. And that's a gigantic pain in the a**. First you wait for eons listening to the elevator music. Then you ask to speak to the service center in question. Then wait another eon with the same damn "music". Then the call center guy comes back on saying the service center isn't responding. He promises to have them call you back but they never do.
Everyone is nice and polite. But slow, slow, slow.
