I actually have to take back my light ribbing. I guess there really is a market thing for exactly running the charge cable under the door, and they address how to adjust the padding so a seal is maintained:

I can't find my original post but I thought I would piggyback on this one. I just installed my Rivian charger. Electrician installed 60 amp breaker with 4 wires 2 black one white and one green. I was told by a couple of other electricians just use the 2 black and the green ground and cap off the white. All is done and truck is charging, but only at 11kwh not the 25kwh that I was expecting. Wire is 6awg and dip switches are all in the default Up position.
Does anyone have any ideas?

The Rivian only has an 11.5 kW charger. You are getting what you should.
