Curious to know people's thoughts on the leadership churn at VW, and Kjell Gruner (ex-Rivian) taking over. Is this good, bad or neutral for RIVN?

There was some chatter earlier that Gruner left Rivian coinciding with the motor winding supply hiccup, so it is interesting that he's now at VW which has promised to invest heavily into Rivian.

Gruner was head of Porsche NA before he came to Rivian so it seems like a good fit, especially with the JV being official.

He ran Porsche North America before Rivian and before that, with BMW and MB, and starting his career at Porsche.

Its only natural for him to go to VW, especially with inside and people knowledge and Rivian as well, albeit it was only for a year.
