Folks, I wasn't trying to make any kind of legal argument.... jez.
I said I like it much more with outer bar flashing rather than stadium surround.
Simply expressing my opinion. ?

This is the internet. Your opinion doesn't matter...?

I noticed in the frames where the driver is waving to the cameraman the tire sits almost inside the wheel well but later as the vehicle is moving there’s a much larger gap. Is this a function of the air suspension or just my imagination once again?

Not your imagination. That is the air suspension at different heights.

A lot of cars with air suspension automatically adjust the height based on your speed. My Tesla lowers itself at highway speeds to make it more aerodynamic. Tesla also has a GPS memory feature where if you manually change the height, it asks if you want it to automatically do the same every time the car returns to that location. Helpful if your need to raise it when going ove a bump or as you approach dirt roads you frequent, or lower it to get into a garage.

From Tesla website:
Add the ability for your Tesla to adjust vehicle height for better handling, efficiency, and ride comfort. Using the touchscreen, you can raise or lower your vehicle when entering a steep driveway, navigating snow, or unloading passengers and belongings. Using GPS location detection, your Tesla will remember and reapply settings automatically.
Note that it prompts you as to whether you want it to do that before saving it.
