Life imitating Art? We hope so.

We know that renewable energy needs to be a multi-pronged approach.

For those not who haven't heard, one major prong is the Eavor team up in Canada who figured out that the Earth can be filled with giant perpetual energy radiators

Now about a five minute drive from my house, Helion apparently fans of the Val Kilmer Classic 'The Saint', now has plans to open a new HQ and Generator facility. They are literally trying to perfect, yep...Heavy Water.

To be fair I didn't even know they were operating for the past 6 years in Redmond. Meh. ???✌

I know they both start with A but it isn't August 1 you post stuff like this. It is April 1.

To be a little more serious: energy from fusion will be a available at about the same time as Level 5 autopilot i.e. "by the end of the year" whatever the year.

The Eavor technology, however, can be taken seriously in the forseeable future though it is in reality just a glorified A/W or W/W heat pump such as is found in people's houses.
