I've read the R1S will share about ~85% of the R1T. The only thing I've read that's different with regards to the second row is that the R1T has under seat storage. Out of curiosity what have you read / seen / heard that makes you concerned your dogs won't fit in the R1T but they will fit in the R1S?R1S reserved too! Though, the R1T is tempting. I just don't think the dogs will fit in the back seat of the truck...
Probably the additional interior space behind the 2nd row.Out of curiosity what have you read / seen / heard that makes you concerned your dogs won't fit in the R1T but they will fit in the R1S?
I say borrow, rent, or buy a trailer for when you might need more cargo room or a truck bed.Having had two SUVs and never a pickup, I'm definitely used to the cargo area though I will say this past year has stretched my imagination of how I could use the bed of the pickup. Unfortunately most of my ideas fall short due to the short bed length. Probably will stick with the R1S.
Yea, pretty much what I had concluded. Plus, for me there are still way more pros to having the enclosed and secure cargo area of the SUV even though that will come at premium of $3500 more than the R1T.I say borrow, rent, or buy a trailer for when you might need more cargo room or a truck bed.
