Exactly! i’ll want which ever one i don’t have but they’re both pretty sweet! other than yellow, it’s the color i see the least so at least we’ve got that going for us!

How so? It looks just as bulky as a CCS1 plug. Does it have faster output? How does it compare to China’s standard?

Mostly the CCS2 is an updated design with the ability to handle higher amperage and faster DC charging rates. The pin/plug design is also more robust.

NCAS is just a CCS behind a formerly proprietary plug. This is why we can charge using relatively dumb adapters both ways.

Older Tesla's cannot use CCS though and we're likely different.

The difference is that CCS2 supports 3 phase AC. CCS1 and NACS do not. This is why Tesla was really obliged to switch in the EU. Lot's of houses have 3 phase. The shape matters little.
