I'm just here to let the OP know they made a mistake in the thread title.

It should read Cyberyuck™ not Cybertruck.

Carry on...

It looks like a BYD design now.
In the one competition that nobody wants to win, we have a new competitor! The refreshed Tesla Model Y was found on Tesla’s Chinese website.
Spoiler alert 🚨 the R2 and R3 aren’t going to have much competition from Tesla in the looks category. It seems the Model Y somehow got even uglier and more jellybean shaped than ever before!! And once again, their designers took a day off!

Now they copied the front from BYD and the back from R3

Talk all the Tesla smack ya want. The Y is the best selling car in the world and will hold that title with this refresh. Excellent upgrades
Do you like how it rides? We have 2020 Model Y and absolutely hated the ride. I changed my suspension to Unplugged Performance. That broke down in 2Y. Now have Bilsteins and the ride is 3/5. Rivian is 4/5

The ride is not the best. But what I’ve noticed is it just amplifies crappy roads lol. Well surfaced roads it seems fine, but we all know finding those is rare. With the juniper I’m curious how much it’s improved. I know the model 3-fresh was an excellent upgrade in the suspension department.

I hated the ride on my Y. Sold it after 6 months and bought a 3. On it, I put the MPP comfort coilovers and they've been working great for almost 3 years. You can dial them very soft if you want or pretty much track ready.

Exactly, that’s what I was getting at. If it rides ok, it will sell (just like CT is the leader in its segment despite the hefty price tag), no matter how it looks. If the ride is awesome, then it will just crush the competition.

Doesn’t look good at all, imo

IMO, the problem is not the facelift. The problem is the car's porpoise-like proportions. Tesla's design, which was established with the S, doesn't scale well on a platform that is taller and not as long.
