Turn signal sounds - randomly different?

I noticed yesterday that my turn signal makes different sounds sometimes. It seems to be random. One is a higher pitched ”tick”, and the other lower sorta “tock”. And there doesn’t appear to be a pattern to it.

Anyone else have this issue? Vid attached that demonstrates the noise difference.

Yeah, it seems to have compressed the audio so much you can no longer hear it.

Anyway, seems like a weird software error.

My wife and I just noticed the different turn signal sounds tonight. Weird.

My guess is that there are two prominent tones in the turn signal recording by design. Either the speaker or your hearing are selectively picking up one or the other depending on ambient conditions or some random state of hardware.

They are different. I have picked up on it in my car too!
