Has the flip down (extra 90 degrees) tailgate with integrated fold out steps been jettisoned?
I saw none of that flip down on any of the trucks. They did have an extra piece when you drop the liftgate that makes the entire bed one continuous flat piece. Good for loading dirt bikes or sleeping in it rather than having a gap.

In some recent photos (from the MT article I think), there were hooks and mesh netting on the leading edge of the frunk. There was nothing in the net so it was easy to miss.
I saw the mesh netting as well.

When I asked to see the trucks the gentleman who showed them to me initially seemed a little hesitant so I didn’t want to pull my phone out, but I did get a poor excuse for a photo out of my filthy rear window.

When people say things like, "If UFOs were real, we'd have clear pictures of them by now since everyone walks around with a camera in their pocket" ... I will show them this picture as a rebuttal.

Uh..... I hate to break it to you, but that is a car seat. Yes, it's black, but still a car seat. :CWL:
Yes, but in the right vehicle, that child seat will go from 0-130-0 in a half mile, in only slightly more time than it will take for you to lose your "Father of the Year Award".

One automotive reporter I know was just in Colorado for "an embargoed event" but by other hints was almost certainly Rivian. Don't know when the embargo lifts, sadly.
