I see that they're now listed on the Toyo website: Open Country A/T III EVI emailed Toyo about the 116H release date and they said "The Open Country A/T III EV tire size 275/65R20 116H is being produced and is available." I don't see them anywhere online (tire rack or discount). Has anyone found these for sale yet? Would love to know how the 116H compares to the OEM pirelli's in ride comfort/noise/efficiency. I'm expecting it's even better than the LT version.
I recently purchased the OC III EV (LT) at Discount Tire. They didn't have the tire in their listing database either, but I sent them to the Toyo website. Their manager called Toyo directly and was able to order a set for me with about a 5-day delivery time. You might try this route with the SL as well.No luck at Costco, they said they don't sell Toyo's at all.
I had to contact my local Discount Tire and have them special order it from Toyo.I emailed Toyo about the 116H release date and they said "The Open Country A/T III EV tire size 275/65R20 116H is being produced and is available." He has LT. He mentions it a few pages back. I’m gonna order these as well. You special ordered the 116H or the LT?
I was excited for a second. I’m still going to hold out for the SL edition. He has LT. He mentions it a few pages back. I’m gonna order these as well.
Since Simpletire is ahead of other online retailers on all sizes so far... they are probably the ones to ask about the SL (if you can't get a response from Toyo directly).I was excited for a second. I’m still going to hold out for the SL edition.
Not yet. But Toyo told me they should be available now. I tried calling discount tire to ask about ordering but never got through. I will probably wait til someone gets them and reports back, but I’ve got high hopes.Wait, did someone actually find, buy, and install the elusive SL version of the Toyos? If so, this is where I'm going for my next set.
Not that I know of, but I've been watching the Toyo website every month or so looking for them and the SL version finally appeared. It does NOT mean that anyone has seen or been able to buy them yet, but it's a good sign. They're #1 on my list when I need tires in a couple months...Wait, did someone actually find, buy, and install the elusive SL version of the Toyos? If so, this is where I'm going for my next set.
