I’d love to switch it up to a warehouse pickup since I live about 45 minutes away, from their Valencia, CA warehouse, but not getting any replies to my email. I’m sure they’re busy so it’s not a huge deal, except my son is going camping tomorrow so I was hoping to use the Air Cruiser as a test for him and his friends. I wonder if the packaged shipping dimensions would even fit in the R1S.

mine arrived today. It came just as I was heading out. The door in the box was pretty badly beaten up. I didn’t have a chance to take a look and see if it was damaged in transit or not though. I took photographs as FedEx was dropping it off.

Fedex can be a bit brutal, they're rugged bits of kit though so you should be fine. We've had a lot images like this and only ever had one issue actual issue of an Air Cruiser arriving damaged.


Great to know it's landed, get some pics up when you get it installed, would've to see your set up

Already got it Jake, and took it out for a spin last night. I sent some pictures along to CINCH for you to use if you want.

I am in the exact same boat thought-wise. They look really nice on the posts, but I’m REALLY hesitant to throw that much money to something hoping it turns out ok with no third-party reviews on YouTube or even the forums. Would feel a lot better seeing someone actually setting one up, climbing around it, sleeping on the pad for a night, etc

Not saying it’s not a great product… just saying it’s a complete and total unknown at this point.

Had mine for a year and very happy, for what it is worth. Seems super robust. Solid quality, etc...

Mine arrived this a.m.

The box has a few tears in it. And the delivery process was to drag it across the street, then thru the lawn. The driver could have reversed into the driveway, but why.

I will set it up later this week. Hopefully everything’s ok.
