Unfortunately no time for meets in my life. I could just be really bad at searching, but I looked through this entire forum and the only messages about your product I’ve come across are the ones you posted. I can’t find a single one of the “in-depth thoughts, photos, and feedback” you mentioned.

Again, maybe I’m just really bad at searching forums…

Thanks for the responses.
No, I don’t go to meetups. But I appreciate you pulling together some reviews from people in the forum as when I use the search term “air cruiser” I seem to just find your posts or side mentions of it.
Yeah, it’s a bit strange — we’re not showing up in searches. Even some of our own posts about the Air Cruiser aren’t appearing. I’ll drop a quick message to the admins and start putting together a list. 🙂

@AirCruiser - did you see my questions per chance?

A few questions before reserving:

1. Can you leave the ladder attached when packed or does it need to be removed/installed each use?

2. Can you leave any bedding/pillows in the tent when packed?

3. Does the tent have a port for a diesel heater? (or is a heater even ok to use?)

4. What is the mattress thickness?

Thanks

Sorry LazyJZ, I missed your earlier message.

You can leave the ladder attached, that's what we'd advise.

You could get away with slimline pillows and bedding but we'd advise you to whip it out, it's easier to close and takes seconds to whip it out and put it in.

There's a zip at the bottom side for AC, heaters etc We do have customers that use diesel heaters, we wouldn't be able to give safety advice on that unfortunately, I'd advise you to check with the heater company. There is great ventilation in the Air Cruiser, the height and the roof vents mean it's as good as you get for RTT's.

let me know if you have more q's :)

Here are some forum members who own them chiming in and providing feedback, search on here is not great.

@AirCruiser do you know when ours (next batch) will ship?

Can you also address the question about the bolt fittings onto Rivian Crossbars in that thread?

Finally, any feedback from folks who setup on cab of R1T? I would like to put it on our T, but I also want to leave it there for the season ideally, and can’t sacrifice the bed for that whole time. I could put it on the S, but I know that will be more of a pain without the gear tunnel steps.

Hi Benjamin,

Have you paid yet? if so yours lands tomorrow. So would only take a few days to process and get to you without any customs hiccups. Not sure what sort of delay if any the tariffs are causing yet. I do know that we're losing money on this shipment though, it's been a nightmare but it is what it is, we're still buzzing to get the Air Cruiser in your hands and on your Rivian ASAP :)

I'll jump on the thread and take a look at the bolts questions. The brackets fit great with the Rivian crossbars so there's nothing extra needed.

Also, it's pretty easy to whip on and off, it's definitely not a big hassle if you didn't want to leave it on the cab :)

Looking forward to it!!

@AirCruiser So I should get an email in the next few days about shipping you think? Let me know about the bolts, looks like maybe there was an initial style that was changed from the early threads? (2023)

Yeah, you'll receive an email with tracking :)

Are you referring to the brackets that attach the Air Cruiser to the cross bars or the brackets that align and strengthen the plates?

@AirCruiser - thanks for the reply. Is it too late to pre-order at the current pricing? Showing as Sold Out now.
Hi, we've got a few left in the May shipment but we're just working out on what we can do with pricing and how to tackle the tariffs. I'll get back to you later today :)
