I’m sure it’s not exactly in the factory service manual. That said, if the LCA shock mount can support the weight of the vehicle, it can…. Support the weight of the vehicle… It’s tricky given the steep angle of the front control arms, but definitely possible with the right floor jack.
This could be a great idea. Someone please figure it out & show the rest of us how it’s done. I’d consider trying it, but I don’t have any need to jack up my truck yet.

Assuming it lifts to 17-5/8 in or higher, it should be.
Looks like that’s the max height if the jack. I plan on putting a couple of boards in the truck To help lift and stabilize. Do you recommend a different bottle jack?

Boards kept in the truck so I can place them under the jack when/if I need to use the jack.
