It is a little late as the event was over a week ago now but, a little late is always better than never.
A huge thank you to Iliya and the @twraps “family” for hosting the group from BARC at your new facility. Your hospitality and generosity exceeded my expectations.
Iliya and his family invited a group of Rivian owners to the TWRAPS facility to share with us how the products are made and designed. It was an impressive display of engineering and design that started at a grass roots level. From the multiple and array of 3D printers, milling machines, and plotters, to the shipping and storage facility, it was all really executed well. Iliya provided us with food, beverages, desserts and also with a raffle.
He also had his R1S on display with all the products they produce to allow us to see the items first hand. He also treated us to look at, sit in, and ride in his cybertruck. The TWRAPS family entertained everyone even introducing the kids into the world of plotters allowing them to design, plot and cut out their own vinyl stickers.
I got carried away in conversations that I failed to take photos. I only managed to capture the two at the plotters.
I just wanted to thank the TWRAPS team again for all that they do for the Rivian community.
