I tested 275/65/20 on 20x9 +25

No steering rub on Lowest.
Just did a static test today with a front tire for brake caliper clearance. Need to relocate wheel balance weights before doing rolling tests.

Will drive the car next week on this rim/tire combo to check bump rubbing on low and lowest.

What wheels are you running, if you don’t mind the ask?

How about the wheels, not tires. Was wondering what rims have +25. Most non-Rivian specific that I’ve come across with our bolt pattern are +18.

Looks awesome and I am planning on the same wheels. Do you foresee any rubbing issues with stock size 275 65 20 tires?
For reference, here are some photos of my truck with the Racelines installed and sitting at standard ride height, to be determined how much rubbing there is while offroading but assuming there will be some.

@Mark_AZR1T @EV Sportline since you guys have done lots of testing, any inputs?
Not sure how I missed this, but I did respond on another thread about 35's , Toyo 285's to be exact. With a proper off-set and build of a wheelset, they work well, but in LOW you will absolutely have an occassional rub on compression turns and a hard lock on a driveway. Some people just cannot tolerate any rubbing on plastic, so it's a non-starter for many.

Hopefully one of the experts will confirm this, but I believe that these are the first “relatively cheap” wheels with an offset that’s not too different from stock. Very interesting.

Please share photos of these on a Rivian & confirm that they fit over the brakes.

Rims are great.
Towed 6000 lbs on low for 60 miles. No rubbing.
Lowest has some rubbing on sharp turns and bumps.

Usually drive in standard in the snow.

Thanks for the great info @Rexbo

Any update on fitment/rubbing now that you've had a chance to put on some miles on your aftermarket setup?

High ride height never rubs even at full compression. The increased spring rate from airbag pressure just doesn't let the front wheels compress as far.

In Normal ride height, and soft setting, it takes a pretty big speedbump/pothole/bump/flex to get the front to rub, but after a while the plastic fenders have self-clearanced to the point where it really isn't an issue anymore. I'm going to experiment with a heat gun and a wood roller on the remainder to see if Its just able to get molded out of the way since the metal fender behind doesn't seem to catch. Honestly I'm pretty happy with the setup now.

In low ride height, it rubs a lot on bumps, and rubs occasionally when turning, but I rarely put it in low except to kneel on parking for the wife.
