Tail Lidz Manual Tonneau Cover installed photos & review

I just got mine delivered today and I'm impressed with the overall quality. I opted for the $800 factory 2nds deal and it shipped out immediately.
I just installed them after taking off my weathertech tri-fold cover. Install took about 2 minutes and only took that long because I installed them backwards. I couldn't see any defects in the panels which would justify the "factory 2nds".
Observations:
1. The white underside helps with the lighting in the bed in low light. It's just brighter in the bed now with the cover on.
2. It seems the quality has improved based on some of the early pics of corners not lining up and the vinyl not properly applied.
3. It's significantly lighter than my tri-fold so removing/installing is easier.
4. I no longer have to take my crossbars off to fully open my tonneau and gain additional clearance. No bed rails also helps with opening the underbed storage.
5. My tailgate closes properly without much force needed and the tonneau sits flush with the gate.
I'm planning on selling my tri-fold eventually but I'm going to hold on to it until I can put the Tail Lidz through it's paces and verify no water ingression and no warping. I definitely prefer the look of the Tail Lidz cover.

Hi guys, just wanted to share that the two of the three panels I got back in January has warped / bend in the summer heat and one panel does not align or seal, and the second panel so warped that once I yanked it out, it does not fit back into the track anymore. I live in Philadelphia suburb and this past summer was dry and hot. I have email Tail Lidz asking for two replacement panels, I still need them and not about to pay $1,800 to Rivian given I have already paid $1,000 for this. I hope they will do the right thing and send me replacement panels, I am happy to ship the two warped pieces back to them.
