1. Do they require cutting or removal of rocker panei trim? (I'm on a lease, so must return the vehicle in factory condition)

No. But kneel mode is soo slowww most of us turn it off anyway.

coming on three months, never bothered to try it. the air compressor for the suspension feels stressed enough if you change ride heights. I just keep it in standard height all the time - and yes, it defeats the purpose of an air suspension but the buzzing isn't fun.
