Sweet rig but I'm still going to push myself up with manpower until my tiny legs give out on me before I get an eMTB!
Best thread ever!Since this is an adventure vehicle, I'm sure we have a lot of bikers on the forum - would love to see what bikes others are currently riding and plan to be using with their Rivian! I'll start, I'm a bit of a gear nut:
Yeti SB130 Lunch Ride
FOX Float DPX2 and FOX 36 Fork
SRAM AXS Drivetrain
absoluteBLACK Oval Chainring 30T
DT Swiss XMC 1200 Carbon Wheels
Maxxis Assegai Front/Aggressor Rear 29s
PNW Loam 200mm Dropper + PNW Grips
SDG Radar Saddle
Here are some photos and me riding Monarch Crest in Salida, CO last year:
My gravel bike is a bit of a work in progress - currently an OBED GVR with Di2 which I love, but might be moving back into a Cervelo Aspero which I rode for many years. Photo is my wife and I riding some gravel in Boulder, CO!
I love the Grail. Admittedly a bit of a gravel novice, though, so ymmv. But overall I’m very pleased with the quality. The GRX drivetrain is nice since I’m a 1-by snob/nerd/dummy, but it does need some more tuning than I expected. Otherwise, bike was amazing out of the box. Hope it gets more miles s00n.I've been looking at Canyons, the Grail has always been interesting to me!
