No, I am unable to connect my Rivian to Emporia. This is what their rep said when I reached out:

"Correct - right now we do not have EV integrations available for Rivian, but hoping that comes soon. (Its just missing 1 out of the 3 components needed for that to work, so should be coming down the pipeline in the near future)"

Thank you for letting me know you we unable to integrate your Rivian either. I have noticed in the emporia app, if you go to add your Rivian on the Rivian log in screen I get an error but if you click on the forgot password and go to the main Rivian log in page within Emporia, you can log into your account but it doesn’t integrate.
I hope that made sense. Lol.

That is an interesting observation. I think Forgot Password link already puts you in Rivian domain, so that makes sense.
When you go through Device Management in the Emporia app you see that adding Electric Vehicle is in beta stage. Hopefully they get it to work soon.

Outdoor install on the side of the house. Also had my electrician add a 110 outlet for use with shopvac, Christmas lights etc since old house doesn’t have any outlets at the front of the house.
Our garage is through a gate and is not used for cars. It’s physically in our back yard and is used as home gym, outdoor gear storage, bike and surfboard storage etc.

I'm still going through the 14 pages of this thread, but wanted to ask whether there's a way to dim this light or turn it off altogether while charging? I'd hate to advertise this so brightly in my suburban neighborhood.

Heavy-duty black foil, designed to stop light leaks. Ordinarily used for photography and theatrical lighting. About as easy to use as kitchen foil. Easier, actually. (Because it's stiffer.)

Tape it on with black gaffer's tape.

Here is my baby, back from the "wrap party" with full bumper to bumper Xpel PPF.

As you can see, I have tons of room in front and back!

From this angle, it looks like I have a lot more room in front than I actually do. The brownish grey line is where the seal on the sectional garage door meets the floor.

This might explain how tight a fit.....

There's a crass joke in their somewhere but for once I'm going to leave it be.

My garage is in the disaster category as well (I am a very organized person too, garages are so tough though). Anyway, got the Autel 50A (48A) maxicharger on Amazon for 20% off and got it installed... Now I just need my R1S.

Installed using 6awg THHN on 60a double breaker, it was very hard to find the wire, I guess there is still a shortage. Put it into 3/4 liquidtite conduit in the wall. The rear knockout on the charger fits the 3/4 coupler for the liquidtite perfectly. Great packaging, easy and simple install, fired it up and the app picked it up right away. Did two firmware upgrades and all seems great.

I cut some pipe straps down and mounted them so I can hang the cable to the remote holster on the side the rivian charge port will be. It also will allow us to lift the whole cable down to pull out of the garage (might put a pass through in) to charge the rivian outside or guest vehicles.

Vinyl electric tape comes in a variety of colors, one layer might do the trick, probably won’t last long though

Still waiting on R1S delivery but the charger came this week, so I installed it today. Works great for my etron and wife's XC90 Recharge.
