Should I expect my car to be returned by service clean and undamaged?

SF service center told me they will not clean dirty vehicles. They try to return it back to you similar to the way it came in.

That is a shame. Premium cars/trucks should receive premium service. Most dealership will clean your car when in for warranty work.

That is Terrible !! is that Orlando service center ? my truck is there for suspension issue and replace windshield !!! I have been trying to reach out there they just do not response !!

I will just say this is the WORST designed thing in cars. Cheap fragile plastic right where it will get kicked and scratched easily. This area should be titanium or something. My JGC has exactly the same scratched. Every car I've ever seen has exactly the same scratches.

mine too, this windshield is sooooo sensitive, never use anything on it but microfiber cloth , it will get scratches easily
