Contacted by Rivian today via text regarding calling to set up an appointment for installation of my R1T tonneau cover. They supplied a number to call. Was helped by an amazing customer service agent by the name of Summer. I now have my first available appointment to do so, which was August 1st. Only able to do so at my local service center (which is nearly 3 hours away), but mobile service installation was not an option per my discussion with the Rivian customer service coordinator. Hoping the new design is easy to install for the technicians and works for years to come. Have only been a customer of theirs' for a short time, coming from a Tesla Model Y previously, but I have to say I love my R1T and could not be happier with my lease. Hope the same goes for the bulk majority of the rest of you out there. Cheers.
