Road Top wireless Apple Car play need firmware update please

I was speaking with someone at the Rivian Service Center in Dallas on Wednesday and he told me that this was the best screen to purchase for Apple Car play. He also told me that someone up on this forum provided a firmware update to take the odd sound out that it was creating on the trucks sound system through bluetooth. Can anyone please direct me to that forum up here. I really need to get rid of that odd sound it creates. Thank you!!!

I find it hilarious that someone at the Rivian SC is making recommendations for CarPlay units. Everyone sees how big of a miss this is except RJ.

I agree its a huge miss but not surprising given the tight relationship Rivian has with Amazon, which is a Apple competitor in the services biz.
