IRVINE, Calif., December 06, 2021--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rivian (NASDAQ: RIVN) today announced its third quarter 2021 financial results will be released on December 16, 2021 after market close.

Rivian will host an audio webcast to discuss its results and provide a business update at 1:30pm PT / 4:30pm ET the same day. The link to the webcast will be made available for four weeks on Rivian’s Investor Relations website at https://investors.rivian.com.

I feel you. More than once I've excitedly opened a Rivian video only to see RJ wearing the same outfit that I'm wearing at the time. At least I know I'm in the target demo.

Revenue from vehicle sales: 8.65 Million
Revenue from gear shop: 23 Million
Operating expenses: 889 Million

We will not get a lot of information on December 16th. It is their 3rd quarter results which ended September 30th. Most of that is known from the S1 Information.

We will not get any 4th quarter (October-December) information until Late January at the earliest.

They will either say or be asked about current reservation numbers and I would not be surprised if they give a general business update - production numbers, second manufacturing site etc. We will see.
