One issue I have with my Tesla is that I have to do a tire repair a couple times a year due to nails, screws, etc. Do you think there’s a material difference in the stock wheel / tire options in terms of holding up against punctures? That’s not the only criteria I’m using to decide which one but if the off road would be significantly less likely to lose pressure due to a nail or screw that would be important to me. For comparison, my wife’s Expedition with stock tires never has this issue, which leads me to believe any of the R1T tires should hold up fine.

The stock AT tires on the 20s are still P-metric and not LT rated, so you're unlikely to see any difference in puncture resistance to any of the other options from the manufacturer.
