I made an appointment to have my driver door aligned. Appointment is tomorrow. I just received a voice message from the service center. They said the telemetry torque data is not being uploaded so they want to take a look at that too. Anyone had a similar thing happen? A quick search didn't turn up anything. Truck has been running great.

Wow. The communication between the service center and customer support really got garbled. The telemetry data torque values message was just a request to have the torque for the bolts on the drive unit rechecked for certain trucks (VIN range).

One interesting note. If they give you a Lyft credit, any tip you give the Lyft driver will come from your account and not Rivian's account. The $5 tip for the ride from the service center was no big deal. The ride back was on a Friday during Comicon weekend. My 15% Tip (smallest unless you choose custom or no tip) ended up being over $25.
