Drove by the possible Atlanta site today around 3p. I peeked in the front windows and what I could see looked like an empty building. No cars or trucks in the parking lot. I'll swing by again in a month.

I see the first one you posted, the Houston has a target completion, does the Miami location info show a target completion date? from my current investigation it seems that rivian isnt getting the entire building, seems like some of the suites in the front are going to other tenants and Rivian is just getting the back and side of the building, still the majority of the building, but i'm curious maybe itll be a shorter buildout since they aren't getting the entire site.

The Dallas location(Hawes St) is on the way back from my gym so I pass by it regularly.
Today, I saw I an 18 wheeler parked in front of the building. Previously, there was no activity around it at all. The building looks like it has been vacant for years.
Hopefully this is a sign that they are working on it soon.

Great to have you join the rest of us here! It looks like both vehicles will be rolling around Texas in big numbers very quickly. You can take that last part either way, or both ways.

Good to hear you'll be close to one of Rivian's centers. That'll make life easier, should the need arise.

Rivian better get a move on if anyone in Georgia (me) is going to get an R1T white (not an oven) with ocean coast and 20 inch AT tires delivered sometime before end of spring 2022. All you Atlanta preorder holders would like to see some activity here s...n.
