Rivian Service Centers / Retail Locations List / Other Facilities (Pics & Updates)

I stuck my head in the door but the only guy there was a nice security guard who came out and chatted with me for five min.
He’s a contract security guy not working for Rivian. I meandered around the lot on my way back to my car but he said prolly not a good idea to linger too long.

Interesting that there were no Rivian employees there. I wonder if they were all out making deliveries today. Have you been by there when there were guides or service techs around?

Stopped by the Salt Lake City service center and had some very fortunate luck in having two employees come out and show us the vehicle in the parking lot!

Any news on the potential Delaware service center? There was a report on here from a few Mo that ahonof contractors finishing up in Richmond and then coming to DE. I am in SE PA and would like to see a vehicle in the flesh and make color judgements. NYC is too far.

No idea .... my guess the 2 Brooklyn locations will handle NYC and Long Island.

Drove by the Franklin address today. No action yet but looks like a great facility almost turnkey. Big service bays in back.

Just drove by Franklin center agin, zero signs of life. Ugh!

Well other folks on here have been to the Brooklyn Locations and a few others as well .... so they indeed must have some information correct ? I really dont understand your reply ....

Customer service people have very limited available information.
The service centres are not yet open to the public. Customers only.

They should have this information on their website. Lucid helpful does including centers to open later this year.
