I did an extensive walkthrough of the R2 today. I should have brought a tape measure because I could have measured everything literally.
They are moving the NACS port to the rear driver (left) like a Tesla. I guess RAN stations will have the parking issue instead going forward.
The frunk though smaller is still useful. The folding floor seems a bit redundant but should still hide the mobile charger. No camp speaker or compressor but 12V 120V.
Feels about a foot lower (5.5' vs 6.5' R1S) and shorter 1' and narrower 6" as well. It's 4Runner sized vs full size Landcruiser/LX size.
Suspension is still a beefy setup similar to the R1. It appears the wheelbase is shared with the R3 entirely and the overhangs are what makes the R3 smaller.
The under floor space is smaller, about the size of the floating R1S insert so no spare tire well in the prototype.
Cargo is big. Not quite the R1S with third row folded but bigger than any vehicle of that size.
Seating room is very generous in the first and second rows. It might be better than the R1 and feels just as wide though logically it can't be. Second row is rumored to have a little tilt adjustment. The prototype does not.
