Rivian R1T Salvage - Airbag Deployed

Hello everyone, I bought a Rivian R1T Adventure from an auction, and the car had the curtain airbag deployed. After fixing the car and replacing the 12V batteries, I’m facing a common problem mentioned on the forums. However, since my vehicle is classified as salvage (total loss), Rivian doesn’t provide support, even if I’m willing to pay for it. I’d like to know if anyone has experienced this issue and if they know if the car has a Pyro Fuse like the Teslas. I couldn’t find any material online about this.

Seems pretty silly they won’t help people in this situation.

Thanks for the help with my R1T, Jan. There is no way I would have gotten my R1T going again without your help.

Last year I bought a salvage R1T. I could find parts and make the repairs but had no way of clearing codes to make it drivable again. Rivian would not work on my car and all of the collision centers around me said Rivian would have to clear the codes. I was stuck until Jan helped me out.
