How does one find the number to their local delivery center? (Madison Heights, MI)

All I've been able to find is main corporate phone numbers.
If you are still looking, PM me and I can send it to you. I have the number from which they communicated about my delivery updates.

The QM has the additional $70/mo discount so my educated guess is the rent charge on a similarly priced R1 would be around $2500. Still pretty damn good
that's a good point, though Dual's total price is cheaper. So I don't think you can just take the $70 and multiply by 36, since the $70/mo quad discount is off of a normal quad price. Does anyone actually have a recent end of month deal R1S Dual lease terms they can share specifically interested in rent charge but would be good to see all the numbers.

Yes R1S appears to be different, residual is likely different. That was my educated guess and meant for a comparably priced DM R1T. It's also worth nothing things like paint/interior color upgrades cost more in the lease payment than things like performance or battery upgrades. I guess these types of paint upgrades don't prop up the residual much.

Also worth noting that the $70 deal appears to apply to all 2023 models now.

Guides are essentially useless for negotiating price. I’ve found that the only person giving discounts is the sales person. The trick is, don’t select one from inventory initially. Put the deposit down and then they’ll call you to determine interest in a local in stock configuration. From there, they’ll offer discounts if the configuration isn’t exactly as you intended. I’m getting upgraded 22 inch wheels on mine. YMMV.
How do you put down a lease deposit without selecting a vehicle from the inventory first?

If you go through the configurator at the last step you can put a deposit down on a future build.

Gotcha. Done.

How long did it take for them to call you after you put down a deposit?

Hard to say. If you'd have done it a week ago I'd guess faster but who knows.

What's the significance of a week ago?
End of quarter is Sunday so they are rushing to deliver as many vehicles as possible, hence the deal making to get people to take from existing stock.

Is there a number I can call to talk to someone about the lease? It feels odd to put down a $1000 nonrefundable deposit for a vehicle when I can’t ask questions or see the actual lease terms (vs an estimate).
Is the $7500 tax credit already figured in, or is that part of the down payment?
When do they pull my credit and show me the actual lease terms?
Are the rates going to change after today?
Can I set the delivery address for a family members house (since they don’t lease in my state)?

I'm on the step of leasing, but the number showing in the calculator is much higher than what I was shown when I confirmed the order.
When I confirmed the order, in that calculator I put $0 down payment, the monthly pay is $766, and $1661 due at signing.

Now in the leasing calculator, I put $1 down payment (it doesn't allow 0 here), the monthly pay is $831.93, and $4463.54 due at signing. It's a huge difference with before. I have excellent credit score, so it should not be the reason made this difference.

The vehicle price here is $91300, it seems not correct as well. The vehicle after voucher is $76600. I understand lease will not use this price, but they are huge difference.
i have this same thing going on, where vehicle price isnt right, it all get sorted right?

For anyone else with these same questions:
1. The least calculator is just an estimate, you don’t get an actual number til you have a VIN assigned
2. They are not anticipating any worsening of lease deals anytime soon
3. You can’t realistically lease a car outside your state. You’d have to register it at the address where you are taking delivery.
4. The $7500 incentive is included in the lease cost. On the calculator they show a down payment of $7000, that would be cash out of your pocket, not a government incentive.
5. side note I would always recommend putting minimal money down on a lease. One, if you total your car you are out to hat down payment, and two, if you end the lease early for some reason you’d be out that down payment.
